TSDO is a Non-Governmental, Non-Political and Non-Profit Afghan National agency which is based in Helmand with Regional Offices in Kabul, and Kandahar. This organization is established to assist in a Developed and Modern Afghanistan and to secure the operation of relief, support the people of Afghanistan by undertaking various Projects/Programs and mechanism to build peace and stability in this war-torn country and have the breath of operation and experience to offer client complete Education, consultancy, social development and management services inside Afghanistan through direct cooperation with existing residents, government authorities and donor agencies.

TSDO was established in December 2010 by having full ability to adequate capacity for executing operational, management and implementation of quality stated its efforts for Social and Development of Afghanistan since 2010 in sectors of Education, Vocational Trainings, Capacity Building, Surveys & Researches, Public awareness and engagements, Construction, Development Activities, Health and Husbandry, Quick Impacts, Veterinary, and Water Network Schemes.
