TSDO is a nongovernmental official organization that has been registered with the Ministry of Economy of Afghanistan with License No. 1884. As an implementing organization, TSDO is making itself available to all donors; agencies, governmental or non-governmental, national or international, related activities, efforts, and any required action including operation.
TSDO follows a setup of rules and regulations according to its statute, which applies to all projects/ programmes and staff members. However, based on different donor-funded projects, donor agency policy/statute is applicable.
